by: Strategy?Moving this from a different thread because the tread was about Alpha Phi’s gpa, but do we think the fact that DZ took a very small PC and has 100 less girls than the rest of the houses is a strategy that will pay off or a sign that they are VERY far gone?

I hope the new house helps them with Recruitment '18! I'd hate to see them struggle! And now there will be a portion of PNMs who may wish to participate in SK colonization! I think Theta will struggle without a new house too! Perhaps why they took almost 200 this recruitment! Don't really know! I just hope the best for these two houses!

Dz is prob bottom house right now but they got a decent yet small class and are building by hand picking cob —- if u cant get what you want in formal it is smart to save lots of room in cob, but with new house they will have lease payments to the university and they will need numbers come fall. They are in a tight spot and just hope House is a good attraction
