if it was before you were 18 there's no way they legally could. except by word of mouth of course. if you're over 18 there could be a public record of at least your mugshot, if not the crime.
they're not gonna go digging for it though, if a house had any reason to be suspicious of your character they'll just drop you, they're not gonna waste time digging
