dke vs sae vs ka

I've heard these 3 all all known as the most traditional fraternities on campus and usually known as the most similar. Can someone tell me the main differences between them and the pros and cons

all three are good, but somewhat different.

KA, chill - southern - hunt, fish - southern exclusive

SAE, chill - party hard - edgy - old row exclusive

DKE, chill - Mobile connected - snobby - extremely exclusive
