Yep. AXO and PM are tied at top and each is there for different reasons. AXO for having the grades and overall. PM for being so strong all around. Honestly, to me KD and Kappa are next because they have the most pull in-state, even over AXO and PM. XO, DDD are next. Then AGD before you get to ZTA.

Kappa only has in-state pull in Mobile, Montgomery, and mountain brook. Almost no girls from small towns in Alabama go kappa— most go alpha gam, kd, and alpha chi. And then a good number of in state girls go chi o. phi mu and kappa too.
Kappa certainly has their in state presence, but they don’t appeal to the large group of Alabama girl who come from small religious towns. Although they have a similar rep to kappa, kd pulls more alabama girls through legacies/tradition aspect

KKG doesn’t have the same in state pull as the rest of OR outside of those cities.

I disagree with @S. I wouldn’t say their pull to small towns is as strong as their pull with MB, Mobile, or Montogomery, I know of quite a few Kappas from small town Alabama, particularly Northern ones. So I think they still overall have a very strong in-state pull, although obviously lots of the super religious ones go elsewhere. Chi O also has a very strong in state pull, but much weaker OOS.

Switch GPB and PBP for now. We’ll see how they do in recruitment. PBP needs a better PC in 2018 to stay there and I’d move GPB up to where OP put them if they have another excellent PC (also need to work on grades) Switch APand AGD.. We’ll see if AP weathers the storm at recruitment (should tell us a lot) and if AGD continues to fall or stabilizes.

Bet AGD falls bc they just had like an awesome recruiting chair but they still fell. They need to get more life and relevancy to appeal more, they have become sooo booorrrring
