support

by: PNM

I’m from a small town in southwest AL, good grades, active, etc. I have an emotional support ferret and wondered if other PNMs bring their support animals with them to recruitment? I have paperwork showing she’s my emotional support. She goes everywhere with me. If not common, how can Panhellenic best support me during recruitment?

I’ve never heard of this but I’m sure the best thing to do is call Panhellenic. If you’re worried, you don’t have to give them your name. Unless others have allergies to ferrets, I’m sure they can work something out. Pet carrier, maybe?

I’m not allergic but I used to be a ferret before my animal to human and gender reassignment surgery.

Hamsters are allowed because they can fit in your pocket. How big is your ferret?

I have really bad anxiety and have a support goldfish I was able to bring along with me during recruitment. It really helped and I was able to get an unbiased opinion from her on pref night

They wouldn’t let me bring my caiman so I cut off its tail and kept it in my bra for emotional support- my body splash hid the smell.
