do rush dresses need to cover your shoulders?

I'm starting to shop for recruitment outfits, and so should I follow the same kinda dress standards as I would for church? or is it more lax?

I would say more conservative than trendy, and while your shoulders don't need to totally be covered, your dresses should have straps and should not be low cut

You don’t need to have your shoulders completely covered, just don’t wear anything strapless. I had multiple spaghetti strap and him strap dresses during recruitment and it went completely fine. They’re more concerned with your personality than your shoulders.
