Overall breakdown of why I chose these rankings, houses without an explanation are houses that I don't have a lot of personal information on so if anyone wants to add on please feel free to do so
PM- obviously one of the top houses on campus, beauty queens, really good pledge class this year with amazing OOS girls and they got some pretty good in state girls this year. I've heard mixed opinions on this house because girls in this house can be stuck up but I personally love PM but you cannot argue the fact that a lot of people hate this sorority which is a big turn off- whether it be jealousy or actual dislike of the ladies in this house. But people disliking this house does not change the fact that they are in fact a TOP house.
AXO- top house on campus along with PM without a doubt. Filled with beautiful, smart, classy girls this house is ACADEMICALLY focused. I understand where people are coming from when they call some girls in this house "dull" but I think that this is mostly from the fact that these girls aren't as well known on social media as girls in PM are. I would personally say that their past PC was average for them (still filled with great girls just average compared to some other PCs this year) but average in the sense that their past PC didn't help or hurt them, they still got some pretty great girls
KKG - still a top house on campus, got some pretty good girls in this years PC but they have a reputation of being party focused (not saying that this is a good or bad thing). Personally as an OOS student this is definitely an in state house and they have a ton of great in state girls BUT in my opinion KKG is more desirable to OOS PNMs than KD is
XO- stating the obvious, they didn't get a very good PC this year but it wasn't enough to hurt them and they still remain a top house on campus. Girls in this house are cute and smart and this is a good "all around" kind of house in the sense that they have positives in every aspect. I would say that people have a more positive opinion of this house than houses such as PM, KKG, or AXO. I would also say that this house appeals to more in state girls than OOS.
DDD- best PC this year along with PM but not enough to put them on PM level OVERALL. Great OOS girls and they are really starting to attract top in state girls these past two years. In my opinion this house is very similar to XO in the sense that they are a good "all around" house as well, but they are more desirable to OOS than XO. Girls in this house are beautiful, smart, SOUTHERN, and known to be WEALTHY (which is why they can sometimes be seen as stuck up to others) but overall this house is well liked and doesn't produce as many negative reactions as other houses do.
KD - in state house, all Alabama girls as well as southern girls. This house is a top house without a doubt if you are from the state of Alabama/ the south. I put them on this level because even though KKG and KD are very similar I personally think that KD isn't on the same level as KKG (and keep in mind this is all matter of opinion to an OOS girl so correct me if I'm wrong this is just what I've observed) and I would say that their past PC was average but they still remain a top house on campus.
AGD- I would say that I've heard a lot of mixed opinions on this house- everything from them being sweethearts to them actually having a terrible sister hood and be

Replying to "-" I think the OP said they didn't write about houses that they didn't know about meaning they didn't want to form generalizations about houses that they didn't have any clue about... they also said for people to feel free to add on for the houses that they were not able to list, they were not trying to exclude any houses in any way. This is a great post for PNMs because it provides truthful and unbiased insight... PNMs pay attention!

Pi phi is a house that is primarily out of state. Attract fun girls that are usually pretty cute. (I call my pi phi friends when my close group doesn’t wanna go out). Out of all the new row sororities (besides Zta) they hangout with better fraternities. I think they will be on the come up because of their new house. These are the girls that could’ve been a great fit for old row houses such as PM, DDD, or axo but probably slipped through the cracks because they didn’t have any girls in house pulling for them.

to me, what is described above in 8 is circa 2015. not now. in past couple of years -- especially pc17 -- and not having a house for a couple of recruitments, they have fallen. they are now right on the edge of falling off of "top of new row" (which is what 8 indicates) or just middle of the pack. so who challenges them in moving up? not zta, who are already above them. maybe DG. Maybe ADPi. Probably ADPi.

let me add that I agree with post 8. I think pbp will rise back to where they used to be at the top of new row along with zta, which is just a little higher than adpi. what makes it uncertain is that (in my opinion) their PC17 was so average, and the last strong pbp pledge class has moved on (will be seniors), can they get a strong pc18. I think they will get a better pc18 than pc17 or pc16 and maybe like pc15 -- and if they do that a couple of cycles in a row, they will be back in the top two of new row.

unbiased? helpful for PNMs really? Some houses not even listed as if the thousands of girls there not worth even the thought. Trying to glimpse into other houses is futile. All this shows is that there are wonderful women in EVERY house here. There are some houses that self rank and feel superior and others that just go about living their lives not worried about nonsense.
All of this also sends the wrong message to PNMs that they actually have any say in all of this. The say that PNMs have is so little that all of this does is set them up for disappointment when they get row 2 instead of row 1 or god forbid row 3 or 4.
