New row rankings are solid, APhi already lost out a ton of girls to ZTA and GPB last recruitment and this scandal is going to hurt. No one is proud to be wearing their letters right now. With that being said your old row is wack. There's no way that XO and DDD are lower than KD or on the same level as AGD. To condense the tiers I'd say:
PM / AXO
XO / DDD / KKG
KD / PBP / AGD
ZTA / ADPi
GPB / AOPi / APhi
DZ / KAT

No way PBP is with KD and AGD. Get serious. It may be an aspiration for them as they try to recover from a couple of down years without a house, but it will take several years of high-level PCs for PBP to be on a level with even the lower Old Row houses.

Agree with the fact that there is no way XO and DDD are below KD and they aren't as low as AGD, but I would switch ZTA and PBP... no way is PBP on the same level as KD and AGD and no way ZTA is lower than them
