I'm in a different new row house but I really don't see Theta being lower than DZ. Neither of them are most people's first choices going in but Theta has the grades, the campus involvement, and a noticeably stronger sisterhood just in terms of sisters hanging out with each other. Every DZ I know only hangs out with girls from other sororities including my own.

I guess this could just be my personal preference but I genuinely don't understand why AOPi, DZ, etc are always ranked as higher than Theta on this site. IRL I feel like Theta definitely gets more credit.

Not sure why I just know Theta always has a drastic amount of people drop compared to DZ and AOPi... they had a pc’ 17 of 195 girls

APhi is lower given recent scandals and the fact that their sisterhood is highly divided. It's just not as strong as you suggest in the "factual" ranking!

Maybe Theta was just being smart by taking such a big pledge class. They will not have a house for recruitment next year. Im sure that will impact their numbers. I have always wondered why they were ranked lower than so many houses that have poor grades.
