what does every alpha phi chapter recruit based on? is it literally JUST looks? anywhere i see an alpha phi she is almost always blonde either in public or social media or at least pretty. is that actually all they care about? how can their hq be okay with that?

I'm an A Phi legacy and I dropped them after IWT because I didn't want that kind of house. My mom encouraged me to because of the change at nationals has ruined the sorority in her opinion.

I'm from Pennsylvania and the Alpha Phi chapter at my school has more brunettes than blondes and there's one Indian girl. Yay for diversity. We're clearly switching the game up.

I go to school at the University of Minnesota, and all the girls are pretty, blonde, and tan. They're literally the same everywhere.

I'm creeping and go to a small school in the northeast. Can confirm they have this reputation on the liberal arts circuit too, which makes them "bottom tier" at my school because PNMs really prioritize grades and reputation.
