favorite areas for an alabama beach house

What are some favorite beach areas Greeks would be comfortable having a beach house--either on the water or close enough to get access to the water via marina, river etc. Thanks!

Where do Greeks move to in Alabama after they graduate?

If they are far out-of-state: NYC, Chicago, DC, sometimes LA. This doesn't necessarily mean they are from these places but since OOS people decided to go to college so far away, they are most likely to also take a job opportunity far away.

Southern out-of-state and some in-state: Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, Houston.

In-staters who are really attatched to Alabama/want to be close to their family/will be working for the family business/whatever usually go to Birmingham and less often Montgomery/Mobile/Huntsville/Tuscaloosa.
