Again, no. They are colonizing, and so will follow the standard sorority colonization process. They will participate in fall recruitment in the IWT round only by having national reps and alum volunteers present information to the PNM's. After formal rush is over, these same people will start having recruitment events and conducting interviews to form the colonization class. When they have a class pulled together, including some good candidates for leadership positions, they will initiate them and then they will be an actual chapter. The chapter will then likely COB, and their first formal recruitment will be 2019.
