spring rush for upperclassman

I’m interested in pi phi, zta, and aphi for spring rush but I was wondering what my chances were of getting an invite/bid to any of those houses if I don’t have any friends in those specific houses and if I’m a sophomore? My friend that is also a sophomore has been reached out by email from two of these houses and none have reached out to me. Should I email the rush chairs to let them know I’m interested? Help!
