And it's just not true. They attract different types.

I won't name names but I can think of some "top" houses in old row who's girls couldn't get a bid to the top of new row - not that they would want one.

Im not shading either, just saying much of OR and NR are mutually exclusive - neither wanting what the other has or liking what the other is.

The houses that do cross rush between old and new, are separated more by zip code and geography that by type or quality of the girls. \n\n\n\n\n

Why do so many Phi My sisters resign their membership and drop?

I am not from Alabama and had my share of OR and NR houses on my schedule. Alabama girls are apart of OR but they do not make up all of it. Personally I know a lot of NR girls that put Chi O , KD, and Alpha Chi first but ended up getting their second choice in DG, Alpha Phi, AOPi etc . No matter where you are from I think a lot of girls want to go OR for the prestige. I mean they did come to Alabama right???

Do not buy into this thread! Only the shallowest, most insecure women come onto Greek Rank and go on and on about rankings and OR by NR. All the sororities are huge and homogeneous...and all offer a great Greek experience no matter which one you join. There should be a lot more to you than the house you join...

Not true. I preffed a new row house as number one and two old row as number 2 & 3. And I’m from Bama.

Funny thing is a preffed 2 old row and 1 new row and chose new row over old row....

Maybe she wanted a fresh start in a NR house vs. four years in an OR house wih groups of sisters that have known each other through high school.

Maybe they are hating on OR because of the horrible attitude you display in your post, not jealousy.
