Yep, if you scroll through to the part where they're doing their makeup in the car, her and her friend (another ex bama aphi) bash them (while they made a disclaimer saying they aren't bashing them loool.)

I watched the video. Thought it was odd that they said they were speaking from the perspective of the sorority and that it felt sheltered and like a bubble, but they were in Alpha Phi, which is full of girls who come from the same place they do and who are very similar to them. To someone who doesn’t go here it probably sounds like Alabama’s fault when all the rules they were talking about were straight from alpha phi.
Also when they complained that there are southern sororities who don’t take northern girls— well, look at those two. They dropped out of college and made a rude video about their old sorority. Not exactly furthering their cause.

Every sorority has those rules but mine certainly does not enforce them. It sounds like alpha phi actually does, which I would say is not the norm.
