Which ones under construction will be open for formal recruitment in 2018?

Theta's house is nowhere close to being done.

Theta's house isn't even torn down yet and so they haven't even started construction. It takes about 3 semesters to build a new house and move in so I'd say it will be done at the earliest Fall 2019 but more likely Spring 2020.
