what makes phi mu top?
by: wonderingI know Phi Mu is viewed as being a top house, and I was just wondering why that was. Not at all in a negative way, just don't know a whole lot about them!

They tend to get the really top in-state girls but also have gotten top out-of-state girls in recent years. Very attractive, involved, above average grades, but most importantly they get the girls they want. That's really what makes a top house a top house. Their return rates are astronomically high.

Actually we pair more with Lambda Chi and Theta Chi than SN, Fiji, KA and ATO. We hope to do less with SN, Fiji, KA and ATO because frankly they are going downhill whereas Lambda Chi and Theta Chi are still top tier.

Honestly, they did not speak to me and I was not cut by any old row sorority. I didn't like them, it felt fake and pre-planned. Very shallow conversations. They aren't as classically pretty if that makes sense, but they act better than most pretty girls. Not as smart as say axo or as modern pretty as zeta and that kills them.
That said, I do like some girls who pledged and they have a pretty house. They are a good group, but with 18 up likes on a previous comment, you can see they orchestrate image.

They also pair with the #1 fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha a lot.
