sig delt - shape up or ship out
by: ???Can someone please explain to me WHY ON EARTH Sig Delt is trying to get Sig Ep's old house??? They applied for it along with Theta Tau, ADPhi, Alpha Sig, and Sam. In a year and a half all the sororities will be finished building and there will be 2 swing houses left over... Kappa Sig is getting one, Sig Delt could EASILY get the other one... So why are they applying to move into a ratty house on FRAT ROW???

Once ALL the sororities are done rebuilding, there will be TWO leftover swing houses. Sigma Kappa will be getting the one DZ is currently in. That said, the house AOPi is currently in will be open once Theta is done rebuilding. Who else is going to get that house? Unless we bring in anotherrrrr sorority, but that's very unlikely and it would already be in the plans if we were. Sig Delt could have that house EASILY if they wanted it, all they would need to do is show interest... But that also means they would need to seriously reconsider participating in formal rush but God forbid they do that.

It’s not just sororities, many fraternities have lived in the swing houses on sorority row too. Any number of Jefferson fraternities could apply for the spot.

Ok well clearly you have a personal problem with sig delt that goes much deeper than the house. Not sure what to tell you
