definitely pres. It's the newest dorm so everything is still pretty new and clean in the rooms. You'll have your own bedroom and only share a bathroom with 1 person. you'll have 3 roommates to become friends with instead of 1, of course you could make friends with your floormates in tut though. There's a gym/activity center at pres with a little market and smoothie shop.
The 2 best things about tut are it's cheaper and right by the sororities, but I would still choose pres.

I lived in pres my freshman year and almost all my friends were in tut! Yes tut is really runned down but I think you’d make better memories there and become closer with your sorority sisters! Hope that helps!

you absolutely have to live in tut!! it’s is so close to sorority row and you genuinely do get closer with your sisters because there is a good chance majority will be in tut. For me the only up side to pres is that it is nicer other than that it is far, can get lonely( easy just to shut your door), limited amount of sorority sisters live there (usually). Seriously I can’t imagine living anywhere else than tut my freshman year— it is an experience you can never get back!!

Would recommend Tut for the view the proximity and the tradition. \n\n\n\n\n
