Practically every sorority house here has had their turn since 2007 at a brand new and/or super-improved sorority home. It's been part of the university's sorority expansion and upkeep plan for many years. Some groups took the time to "freshen up" their homes ten years ago if their house wasn't scheduled to be torn down/rebuilt until more recently. That explains how some groups spent housing money twice in ten years, first redecorating their interiors a bit to keep-up with 2007-2012's completely rebuilt chapters, then finally spending a lot of funds to completely rebuild during 2013-2019. Obviously not all the homes could be rebuilt/moved simultaneously, hence the 10-12 year timeline.
