I'm a sophomore and none of my friends work. Minimum wage is so low here too so student/retail/PT jobs don't pay well so I doubt girls could work part time here and make enough money to pay significant bills like rent or dues. That doesn't add up for me.
The joke here is by second semester, frat boys get jobs and sorority girls get boyfriends. There is a reason why mid looking frat guys have girlfriends that would be totally out of their league on any other campus.
