There are better houses than PM and AXO. It just depends what PNMs are looking for.
And Theta is not bottom. Smart, involved girls. AOPi is worse.

Also obvious is most people think AXO is a group of slightly annoying over achievers and kind of dull.

Phi Mu uptight and •itchy and overly focused on appearances. Not necessarily a place most of us would want to spend time 24/7.

I won't debate that they are consistently top houses and have a strong draw during rush.

BUT, that doesn't mean I would want to spend MY time in either.

That's not bitterness, nor envy, or jealousy. I think I'm in a better house FOR ME.

I have noted in an opinion poll about music, Justin Bieber shows up on both the most liked AND most un-liked list in a survey. . It's the same for some houses here.
