It's pretty realistic at least for now. Some people can't admit that things are changing but they definitely are.

The good: Someone acknowledges that AXO is overrated and ZTA is competitive with OR houses.

The bad: GPhi is moving up, but they're not _that_ good yet. And Alpha Gam is not rock bottom—come on.

Top tier is fine, maybe DDD needs one year of a PC of equal quality as 17 to be considered actually top.

Lower top is fine

Upper Mid: Pi Phi is noticeably better than APhi or GPhi. Maybe just them and AGD (20% good, 80% Southern rejects). Might move AGD to lower top depending on your values, but they're the worst of Old Row without doubt.

Middle Mid: ADPi, DG

Lower Mid: AOPi, DZ, Theta. I completely switched these pairs compared to the OP. These sororities are trending downwards. Worse houses, worse sisterhood, worse success in grades and competitions.

corrections are perfect but important to note that there are not orders within tiers. like ddd is top tier but not usually viewed as higher than phi mu or axo, etc.

This is actually a great rank. So tired of people resistant to change posting the same ranks over and over again. Move AGD to upper mid and Phi to lower mid and it's perfect.
