hi everyone! I will be going to UA next year, and I am really excited! Also, I am an international student. I do not know anyone who are or were in sororities or any people in the USA for that matter. I have been in contact with some alumnae & alumnae Panhellenic associations and they all said they'd love to help me with my recs and I am really grateful. Most are from Southern states.
I have a 4.2 GPA, a 1450 sat score, lots of volunteer hours, great extracurriculars, private high school, pretty, catholic (if this matters), I wouldn't say that I am super wealthy but I can afford dues without any problems, I do not really have any 'connections' but some sorority alumnae from UA will write me recs. pls be nice. give me some tips/advice for rush :)))

ignore the mean people on here. you probably will end up in a "bottom" house because whether or not you'll stay here is very uncertain, given that you are an international student. I put "bottom" in quotes though, because it really doesn't matter. There's 40,000+ students here, being in a "top" house isn't going to make you the most popular kid on campus, most people don't care about greek life at all. Every house is an opportunity to make great friends to have new experiences with so don't stress over which house is the "best"
