bashing AXO, XO, and AGD is not going to make them any less desirable to PNMS say what you want but they are always at the top of people’s list

@okay. Nearly all the ranks on GR put houses top that are of most interest to instate girls. I don't think the comment was saying AXO, XO and AGD were not desirable by many pnms.
However, to the OOS girls, particular non southern OOS, XO and AGD stand out as not usually of interest and AXO is underwhelming when you arrive after seeing all the top spot ranks.
The Alabama girls who arrive knowing who is who in these houses based on home town and HS social standing a reputation see ranks as 'More Accurate' put it.
But Again I agree with the comment that XO, AGD and AXO Do not rate as high among 'outsiders'.

Put AGD on the top line and call that in state girls rank.
Put APhi up to the mid line and call that OOS girls rank.
Clarify, AXO has good grades and is dull, XO is weird AGD is for girls who ask "what church do you go to",
AND! This may mean something to people who are looking for insights they don't already have.
