Do old row sororities take legacies into great consideration, or are they treated basically the same as any other pnm?

KD folded at Texas and recolonized in the 1980s. All of KDs chapters in Texas are bottom tier. It's all about KKG, Pi Phi, Theta, XO, Tri Delt in Texas.
