i messed up

I may or may not have told nationals some of the things that the brothers have had us pledges do ...

We are suspended now awaiting a hazing investigation.

So here is where it gets complicated - when I may or may not have told them the things we did, I was technically overdosing on adhd meds. Side effects include hallucinations, confusion, psychosis, and I was also sleep deprived by about 32 hours ... am I able to sign the form saying I am telling the truth when they interview me soon? (as I was not in a solid mental state when I may or may not have said some things)
