I could argue the arrangement of the top 4 and it’s debatable between KD and AGD who is ahead of Pi Phi. Zeta did do well this past year, dirty rush during no contact period and all. It will be curious if dirty rushing will continue to be their M.O. for next year since they barely received a slap on the wrist. Still, they managed to impress a good number of girls our house was interested in, so kudos to them?

I think that the top 4 are somewhat interchangeable but phi mu really has it all- looks, grades, involvement, great numbers during recruitment, beautiful house, very trendy

tbh zta is ahead of KD if you are from anywhere other than the deep south (not including florida, of course).

This is the University of Alabama. Yes more than 50% of students are from out of state, but 90% of the out of staters are from deep southern states. So the houses that are the most coveted by southerners are still the top.

And to make it worse, all those houses (except maybe DDD) are the worst house on every other college campus in America. How do we get it so wrong?

Chi O, KD, and Tri Delt are top at almost all SEC schools, and bottom at none. Phi Mu, ADPi, and Kappa are top at roughly half of SEC schools and Zeta, Pi Phi, DG, and Theta are top at multiple.

And Chi O and Kappa have a very strong national presence. DDD is pretty good nationally. and KD, Phi Mu, and AXO are good in certain regions. Besides probably AGD, all of these chapters listed have tons of top chapters around the country

everyone dirty rushes. that is why zta only got a slap. if zta got in real trouble, every house was going to have problems. zta just had the person publish some text messages. panhel knew the deal for everyone else too.
