People on this site always claim the old row new row thing is stupid, and that it doesn't matter. If that's the case, then how come EVERY ranking on this site ranks the old row houses as the top houses consistently

There is a switch when you get to the bottom of OR and the top of NR... but fact is a lot of the OR houses have higher return rates and can afford to be more selective.

Bottom of Old Row is on par with top of new row. I'm talking Alpha Gam and KD and Zeta and Pi Phi.

I went to pref at KD and Pi Phi, so yeah, THEY OVERLAP.

A girl in my group preffed DG, GPhi and KD. And another one preffed KKG, DDD and PBP, so you do the math on the exclusivity level between KD and PBP.
