low house to top?

how does a low or bottom tier house rise to be a top house that is more wanted?? just wanna see what people really look at in ranking and likimng houses!! are there houses that was once bottom but have risen here

Rankings have been the same for years. Only KD's slight slide is new. Really, they are all pretty much the same and any would be a top house anywhere else.

No bottom house rises to the top, but some do rise some. One is to be a new house like DG and rise because people might take a new house over one with a bad rep. Another way is to get a new house like GPhi and it raises awareness and you get a better class.
