they are all hard if you don't fit with who is there already.
they are all easy if you fit and know people there already.
if you fit but don't know anybody, it is a toss up.
that said, the houses that traditionally are in the most "demand" in terms of how pnms list their preferences are places like axo, phi mu, kappa and chi omega. also, if you don't know people there already and are not otherwise in the right demographic, kd and ddd can be very challenging for a walk on...
