I struggle with where to put XO because they’re super involved and have great grades and do well with lots of In State and nearby girls, but with the new push towards OOS they’re not doing as well. Whereas Kappa and DDD are much more laid back but are better with OOS girls and still get lots of in state.

If think it's interesting that if you go here you would know that most of the ranks on here hae nothing to do with reality as far as the middle and bottom tiers go. I can almost tell who's on here by how high some houses are ranked. And I can tell that some girls are never on here because their houses linger at the bottom although their houses have really risen.

More but not Most Desired: DDD, AGD, KD
Acceptable for Most both In-State and OOS: PBP, ZTA, ADPi, Aphi
Acceptable for Most OOS But Disappointing for In-State: Others

You're obviously not from in state if you think KD is bad. KD is def a top house

But most pnms are oos, so what is your point? That KD is among top for in state Alabama girls? That is fine but they got little to nothing for oos.

KD is up next to AXO but oos is hurting them
Aphi used to be so much lower but they took lots of good looking grade risks and that is what people see. Grades are important but gpas are tricky as some are obviously inflated.
If the ACT does not correlate with the gpa that tells you to beware
If you don't have a 3.0 you're going to get axed but I have seen a large share of 4.0 32 ACTs get cut.

This one is pretty accurate if you are from the Deep South. The “sorry old row mamas” rank is more accurate if you are from some place other than the Deep South (ala, TN, panhandle Florida, Mississippi, Georgia (but other than Atlanta).
