best case: AXO with good recs
probable case: GPB or maybe AOPi

AXO if you get on their radar early and find a solid alum rec (maybe not someone from Alabama but someone who's heavily involved in their leadership wherever you live).

Personally don't think you wouldn't end up in either GPB or AOPi with a 4.1 and universally fellows, you're more likely for Theta. Not saying that GPB or AOPi don't have smart girls in STEM but I think theta gets that "type" more.

You left out one really important piece of information. Are you in state or out of state and if OOS are you southern or FAR out of state. This is the biggest factor in where you place.

- Little to no connections but instate would be questionable and you would definately be new row. To be instate with little or no connections would raise many flags.

- No connections but southern, I think AXO or AGD might take you even with average looks but would not look for any other OR houses, if not you have a chance at most mid ranked and lower NR houses. It could be luck of the draw depending on who you connect with during rush. The average looks will keep you out of any higher ranked NR houses.

-If you are far OOS, smart, not connected you will likely end up in KAT, GPB, or DZ if you are not accidentally cut for failing to make an impression fast enough.

too bad you don't have connections. Sounds like you have a lot of potential to do well in higher houses but unfortunately Bama rush is largely just who you know

GIRL. GET. SOME. CONNECTIONS. Contact people that went to your high school, family friends, ANYTHING. Contact local alums from houses and GET YOUR RECS. I'd hate to see someone successful placed lower because of circumstances you can't control, but do your best to be a wanted pnm!!

TBH, OP, your far OOS with no connections,which limits you right away from some houses. You said "average looking". There are only a few sororities were "average looking" is ok. Your Theta all the way. Embrace them.

LITTLE or NO in-house connections? It only takes one solid connection to pull you through a house for OOS girls. That being said, your personality matters a lot too. Even OR houses need filler girls, and charisma can go a long way for the average-looking girl. I'd say best case Alpha Chi if you can get some STRONG rec letters, probably case maybe ADPi or the like. You'll never know until you rush.
