if you think Alpha Phi is higher than ADPi DG or Theta you're high. But I do agree that gamma phi should be the lowest tier all in it's own

More like switch ADPi with AOPi and add zeta up there. No one at this school would place AOPi this high except AOPi

Alpha Phi and ZTA are basically the same -- pretty party girls with not the best grades. Only real difference is APhi takes more out-of-state girls and doesn't have ZTA's long history on campus.

Once you start snap-bidding, you lose your spot in top tier. Sorry. Top houses don't snap bid. So, KD and Phi Mu need to be moved down. DG hasn't quite broken into the lower middle tier. I'd say they are on part with Alpha Phi, Theta and Gamma Phi. Alpha Gam is more middle than upper middle. They may be old row, but they're not that good.

Alpha Gam is definitely on the bubble between lower top/upper middle, but because they're Old Row and First Circle they'll always be better than any New Row house. Not known for being especially attractive, but they did get a good pledge class this year.
KD and Phi Mu may have had to snap, but Kappa didn't even make quota. That said, they're still top houses ... for now, anyway.

I'll start by saying that I am in an upper middle tier house. But as I looked at the comments above, I felt compelled to note that Gamma Phi doesn't deserve the bottom spot. I've gotten to know several of the girls and I think they have been getting good classes since I've been here. They are so sweet and really aren't last anymore.

You're right, Gamma Phi did get a lot of good girls this year, but from what I've seen around campus/heard a lot of the "good" ones either dropped or don't wear their letters around campus. The majority of the older girls are still a little odd though, and unfortunately one pledge class with a few good girls can't change a whole house's reputation. If they get, and are able to keep, another few good pledge classes then maybe they will rise up. Until then they are still bottom.
As a side note, even the "bottom" houses at Alabama would be considered to be middle to top tier at almost any other school. In order to get into any sorority here you have to be "top tier" material for most other schools across the country. We have one of the greatest greek systems around!

I'd say they're bottom tier, but I wouldn't say they deserve to be at the bottom alone. They've made great strides, and their past few PCs have been pretty solid. A few not so great girls, but every PC has them. I'd say they're on the same level as theta and dg.
