He claimed he wasn't a Pi Kapp and said he was a member of another top new row house that he didn't seem to have had an entirely good experience in. Based on his description of the other top New Row houses his description of Theta Chi seems to most fit what a somewhat jaded alum might say. Assuming he was honest about not being a Pi Kapp that's my best guess, although Pike and Beta seem possible as well.

made a follow up post saying he wasn't a Pi Kapp but rather a member of another top new row house that he was a legacy for. He could have lied, but he claimed he wasn't.

No real way to confirm much of anything on here, I guess if his name is really Chuck we can look at all the New row composites from the 90s and take a guess haha.

I don't think Chuck was actually a Pi Kapp. It appears he was in another new row house maybe Theta Chi based on his descriptions.
