COB is not about killing it or not killing it during rush- it is about bringing a house to total. A house could be below total for any number of reasons including graduating seniors, girls who transferred etc...

Bottom line is EVERY sorority participates in COB- just some don't advertise it- they will just quietly issue their friends a bid. Others will participate in a more formal way.

Y'all are so clueless. Some internationals prohibit their houses from doing COB or spring recruitment. Some leave it up to the individual chapters whether they do or not. Some mandate that they have to recruit any time they're given permission by their university. Houses that 100% never have -- it's because of their restrictions. So don't read so much into it. Half the houses are above total and half have less than total. As someone else said this is usually because of early graduation. So just calm your sweet selves down.

Campus total hasn't actually been established by Panhellenic yet so unless a house is seriously lacking in members no one knows yet if they need to COB
