You can't honestly put gamma phi in the bottom by itself. Are they a bottom tier house? Maybe, but they're not dead last at the bottom. Theta and DG are no better than gphi.

XO, AXO, KD, Kappa, Phi Mu, DDD=all get the best girls. Get their pick, you don't cut them, they cut you. Switch out on who is best any given year.
Everyone else=ranked differently by every person
Theta, DG, Gamma Phi=bottom 3=DG could move up, Theta and GPB are better but have an old rep of being the worst holding them back

I honestly haven't heard much good about theta the past two years, but they seem to be getting better with this pledge class. I think DZ and them might be in the process of switching places. Gamma phi is still just...odd. DG is new and still not the best but even they are already above gamma phi.

You obviously haven't seen gphi's pledge class this last year if you think they're odd. You can't honestly call any house that unless you're in it and know for yourself. Theta dg and gphi all are equal

This doesn't involve me or my house, at all......BUT......there's is no way GPhi should be ranked below a new house at BAMA. I will always support a chapter that has supported ALABAMA for years over a chapter that has recently joined.

I really don't know any GPhis or DGs so I won't rank them, but DG was on campus for many years before closing due to numbers and coming back. So they did decide to support Bama by coming back and they have lots of history here. I saw a press release that the new president was a DG here from before the chapter closed? Anyone know if this is accurate?
