I'm the recruitment chair for my sorority here in Texas. Not UT but a small school here. We've observed recruitment at Alabama for a few years now and have gotten some great ideas that we've used for last year and this years recruitment. Yes, we creep around on all the sororities Instagrams to see the signs,fans and bid day gifts the PNM's and actives receive. Our recruitment starts this weekend. Alabama Greek life is amazing from an outsiders point of view.

But also try to keep stuff original!! No one likes a copy cat and when so many sororities are doing the same thing it gets played out (recruitment videos for example).
