really?

I understand that not all of KD may have been involved with this incident, as I am aware that not all of the KD sisterhood is on this site responding to these claims, but COME ON!!! Please know that those few of you on this site are garnering no sympathy for your house and are just making things worse. I have held back an opinion until all facts come to light, but based upon your classless reactions and posts in lieu of a dangerous situation, I believe that those of you who have shown their true colors in their responses have caused irreparable damage to your house.
