All these threads on KD, throw them off campus, revoke charter, report them...etc. What is happening to Greek Life at Penn St can easily happen at Bama if a big scandal erupts. The University President at Penn St just stated last week that Fraternities and Sororities cannot be trusted to govern themselves. They will be implementing measures to have a chaperoned Greek experience, surprise inspections and university controlled chaperones at all events...

No, my point is not to keep issues secret from the University but all its going to take is a serious liability issue that puts the University in unwanted financial risk for some serious repercussions to come down. If you think every University President, every Vice-President of student affairs is not following what is happening at Penn St you are in for a rude awakening. All you have to do is google fraternity or sorority and see hundreds of recent articles of Greek chapters on campus all over the USA getting charters revoked and many cases permanently banned. A lot of schools are questioning the worth of Greek life on their campuses.

Am I saying Bama is going to end Greek Life? NO. The university risk management group along with Nationals are evaluating risk everyday and cringe every time some story comes out because of the idiotic actions of some members of some chapter on some campus.
