making friends

I'm in an OR house ( not one known for being super exclusive to only Alabama girls) but it seems like everyone already has friends and I'm worried. Will I have trouble making friends or does it take time?

Too soon to begin worrying about it! Just focus on making 1-2 friends to start. Then grow from there. You'll be fine! Recruitment is physically and emotionally draining. Then you feel like you need immediate friends. Just stop worrying! Enjoy the moment.

Give it time! It's only been 1 day. I'm an active and I felt the same way the first few weeks. Like they said above, start small by finding 1 or 2 other girls you like. Then gradually the smaller groups will merge into larger groups. You'll never be BFFs with everyone, you just have to find your clique and it takes a while. But it's worth it!
