If anything this list was pretty generous for putting KA in the top 5, Phi Gam in the top 8 and Sigma Nu in the top 10 if anything.

Theta Chi seems like the best choice for number 2 at this point, but no ones putting them at one. The above tiers are pretty accurate honestly.

as #2. They gotta decide who they are. They talk like thy're old row, but they don't have the history of SAE, the involvement of EN, the brotherhood of Phi Gam, the class of DKE or the KA of KA.
They can't match up with the soldiers of the new row houses (Pike & DX) or the partiers (SX) or the numbers of ATO.
They're a compromise house ... basically a more popular version of LXA.

is that they aren't the best at anything, but they are among the best at near everything (except tradition, among new row Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp, and a few other new row houses have more too). There's a reason there isn't a clear cut number 2, but Theta Chi may be the most balanced house even if they lack defining features.

There is no #2 on this list I made. It's tiers within tiers, but is in no relative order. i.e. EX, OX, SAE occupy the 2nd through the 4th spot, but are more or less on the same level, so anyone can argue who's 2nd. The purpose of this list is to get a general idea of how the tiers look as opposed to specific order.

Good policy, I was curious if there was an order, and I feel like it's better if there isn't.
@Royman, you mean as opposed to the lists that were so prevelant last year that put old row 1-5. Phi Delt and Sigma Nu would like to trick rushees into thinking tiers never change, and that they are top tier, so what are you? I suppose you could be any old row house except SAE or DKE, but my money would be on KA or Sigma Nu.
