What's made GPB better?

From everything I'm hearing they did an outstanding job with recruitment and have a large, beautiful class of 159! They did a super job assuming all true!

Actually it seems like DDD and Kappa's pledge class from last year got switched. DDD got good OOS girls and Kappa got either too lazy or too overconfident and had to take some stranger, not as stellar legacies. Phi Mu edged out XO a bit more for Southern OOS and Northern OOS, XO did better with in-state Alabama girls than AGD, KD and AXO stayed exactly the same, taking girls they always have, AGD got their Christian girls from Bham, but nowhere else. Pi Phi did very well, Zeta got the same quality PC as last year (which is still good), APhi got girls with better grades/involvement, GPhi got lots of outgoing girls, DG and Theta had a lot of interest.

I'm a recent alum who wrote 18 rec letters for PNMs at Bama this year and I've been talking to others who wrote recs too. We're all from different sororities so this opinion is as unbiased as possible.

AXO is still above DDD, Kappa, KD, XO -- but needs a big recruitment for PC18 or they could slip out of the top two. DDD, in particular, is making a run at the podium.

Agree w everything but KKG. They got a bunch of super cute OOS girls along with in state tops but a handful of pretty bad legacies ruined it. They really didn’t do bad but everyone focuses on that one really large girl and a few other weird ones. Not their best PC obviously but I would hardly say they bombed.
