You're correct. Even the actives weren't super thrilled with how they did this year. They did much worse in the looks category this year. I mean looking at the pictures on insta that are tagged at the house, I'm a little surprised.

Don't forget Krappa underwhelmed this year. Some stellar most have the earth still shaking from their thundering thighs or a lot of butterfaces. I could see the vicious inner cliques forming already. One pledge didn't even acknowledge another who tapped her to hug. Yeaow!!!

Did very well (at least comparatively to previous years): ZTA, APhi, GPhi, DDD
Did pretty well: XO, Pi Phi, DG
Did okay: Phi Mu, ADPi, DZ, Theta
Did poorly compared to other years: AXO, KKG, AGD, AOPi
No: KD
All of this is relative, of course. This doesn't mean that GPhi got a better PC than Phi Mu, but it's comparing their new PC to their usual PCs.

I love the (at least compared to previous years). I believe that is known as d@mning with faint praise. I heard lots of good things about those houses. Period.

Just making it clear that I'm not trying to say that ZTA or GPhi got a better PC than AXO, but that those houses did well and are setting themselves to bump up in rankings.

With the way zeta acted over this recruitment, no one is going to praise them except other zetas. That's probably what the comment meant. They did fine, for their type of girl, considering the lengths they went to.
