This is from someone who has actually done their research. These are the houses with the most top chapters. You can argue all you want because you don't like a certain house, but this is the truth.
KKG/APhi/Pi Phi
XO/DDD/DG
Theta/KD
ADPi/ZTA
AXO/GPhi/DZ
Phi Mu/SK
SSS/AGD/AZD
AOPi/AEPhi/SDT/DPhiE
People for whatever reason think Theta, ADPi, and Phi Mu should be higher.
Theta is one of the weakest houses in the SEC, nonexistent in the ACC, okay at some midwestern schools and western schools. The only place they really shine is in Texas, but still not as much as KKG and Pi Phi. Ivy Leagues also barely count because they all have like...3 sororities. You can't rank 3 houses, especially when they're all probably weird.
ADPi is only relevant in the Southeast. Go north of NC or anywhere west of Alabama and ADPi barely exists.
Phi Mu also only has top chapters in the South. Only the Deep South. They do not even have top chapters in SC, NC, or VA.

Y'all are kidding yourselves if you don't think Alpha Phi is a top house nationally. I don't even really like them here but they're absolutely top in every region except for the south. You'd be hard pressed to find a school outside of the South where they're not top or at least upper mid. KKG and Pi Phi are also where they belong. Both not particularly strong in the South but dominate in every other region.

This is correct. These houses are consistently top in about 3/4 of the US. Other houses not so much.

Places where Alpha Phi is top: VT, Kentucky, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, UVA, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Purdue, Wisconsin, Maine, New Hampshire, Boston U, UConn, Cornell, Syracuse, Arizona, Arizona State, UC Boulder, UCLA, UC Berkley, SDSU Oregon, Oregon State, Southern Cal, Washington, Washington State, West Virginia, Montana, Lehigh, Ball State, Kent State, ODU, Miami Ohio ....do I need to continue???

Pi Phi is top at: Arkansas, Mizzou, Indiana, Ohio State, Miami Ohio, Penn State, Iowa, Minnesota, Purdue, VT, Maine, Arizona, Arizona State, UC Berkley, UC Boulder, Southern Cal, SDSU, Oregon, Washington, Kansas State, Kansas, ISU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State....and then just the entire state of Texas (Texas Tech, TCU, Baylor, SMU, U of Texas).

Theta is top at UGA, Kentucky, Maryland, Illinois, Northwestern, Nebraska, UConn, Cornell, UPenn, UCLA, Washington, Stanford, Kansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Texas, SMU, Baylor, Miami Ohio.
Pi Phi has more top chapters at schools with decent-sized Greek life.
Ivy Leagues with 3 houses don't count.

ADPi is top at UGA, Florida, Kentucky, South Carolina, Auburn, Clemson, they are NOT top at Illinois, NOT top at Tennessee, NOT top at Kansas. They are top at UNLV, Charleston, ECU.
Once again, they are pretty much EXCLUSIVELY too down south. I did do my research, but thanks.

ADPi does not have top chapters in Cali. UCLA is KKG, APhi, Theta, DG. Berkeley is Pi Phi, KKG, APhi, DG. Stanford is KKG and Theta. SDSU is AXO, APhi, Pi Phi. ADPi is middle at Southern Cal. They don't exist at Irvine. Also not top at UCSB.
