It may look weird because they attract such different girls, but I'd drop APhi down with ADPi and put DG at this level. While they each have their fans for very different reasons, neither has the pull of PiPhi or ZTA .
And although it freaks out the old ladies, PiPhi and ZTA at the KD and AGD level. Yes getting different types of girls, but relative to interest similar pull during rush.
There are houses in each of theses tiers that I like and those I don't mesh with for different reasons, but in terms of interest I see this as an accurate list. I know there are going to be objections from those whose 'house the can't stand' is above one they 'respect', but tried to set that aside and consider interest generated during rush.
PM, XO, KKG, AXO, DDD
KD, PiPhi, ZTA, AGD
ADPi, Aphi, DG
AOPI, KAT, GPB, DZ
And would agree all houses have some wonderful girls and overall are great.
Don't expect many pref lists to be houses on 'the same level". There will be some, but most will cross two or three of these tiers - tied more to personality or type than 'rank' with girls covering different aspects of their personality as well. And there will definitely be many that prefer houses at a lower tier than houses they have at a higher tier! Shows how 'close' these houses are and how great the pnms are!

You must be watching from out of town and have outdated view. On the ground the post is spot on. It is about the ultimate metric-- what pnms want. This is a rush site.

No its not, its your self ranking views. Honestly, AP is more popular than DG and ADP but the only reason they are ranked lower because everything you throw at them to discredit them. DG is literally the same as DZ/AOP/GPB. AP mirrors ZTA/PBP. ADP in their own lane kind of - similar to AGD. Get over yourselves.

APhi has a group with strong interest and some crossing rushing at the PiPhi-ZTA level, but still don't think they have as broad of an appeal nor as strong of an interest amongst Pnms.
I'd have them front that tier - APhi; ADPi, DG.
But think that's the right slot for that group

The fact that the only debate is about a tweak to an APhi/DG placement shows how "darn good" this reflects current reality.
I side with the OP, but either way, a great post.
Like it's positive attitude. Many pref houses across tiers and close calls. Reflects how good all houses are!!!
