I can tell you right now that AOII, while recognizable and overall a great house, has the worst HQ ever. Just putting that out there.

HQ should do more to help the weaker chapters. AOII also needs to be way more selective with membership and stop giving bids to Shreks and Shamus. Alabama has a great chapter, even though they are supposedly "bottom tier".
