like this is the thing, houses need to be on the same playing field to be ranked in the same tier... which is why old row houses are usually clumped together.
that being said, kd is NOT in the same playing field as pbp and zta. agd is NOT in the same playing field as adpi and aphi. i get it, kd and agd are "falling" in ranks but still.
also, what are these ranks based on? to honestly rank you need to be consistent. so you can't rank a house lower even though they have great grades but then rank a house higher even though they're bottom in grades but "hot."
idk. not trying to hate. also sigma kappa isn't here lmao. they're not rushing until next year.
