chances for sophomores during rush?

what's the deal with upperclassmen and their luck during rush? which houses take the most upperclassmen? I had a lot of upperclassmen (sophomores really) in my rho chi group this year and I was just wondering if houses are turned off towards them/are more likely to drop them strictly because they are sophomores.

Most upperclassmen I know who went through recruitment this year suffered severe cuts or were completely dropped. This year seems especially difficult compared to other years.
