ddd pledge class quota half of the other houses?

Heard they got in trouble again last night for dirty rush. Is their punishment really a pledge class quota cap of 75 girls max?

1) They're not in trouble for anything

2) That's literally not how RFM works and putting a cap on quota is not how Panhellenic would respond to any kind of dirty rushing allegation
